Sometimes, the levels of activity that are required to get to the next stage take you out of flow. This is necessary because without ACTION there will be no TRACTION and not all actions are aligned to your flow. One must, however, be aware that you don't spend too much time out of flow or you'll end up being the hamster on the running wheel.

After loading and off-loading scooters in different car parks around Johannesburg we've finally got around to building our own Scooter Training Track. It is looking fantastic. This is the first track of it's kind in SA and is based on the British CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) system. In the UK all learner motorcycle and moped/scooter riders must complete a CBT course before riding on the road. 

With the new 6 Degrees launch, the ramp in Scully Scooter activity and the inclusion of the Anglo American EIP programme there have been few spare hours in my day. But am I having fun? Oh yes I am. Although we often talk about balance and I agree that it is important, I believe it requires more than just balance to really be having fun.
